Q. How can I order?

Press the Buy Now button to make payment. After payment is complete click the "Return to Merchant" button.

Q. Can I still register my Vaio for updates?

Yes, you can still register your Vaio once installation is complete. You can also download updates for programs such as Sonicstage and other bundled software which originally came with your laptop.

Q. Do these recovery discs run on any laptop?

No. They are model specific and will only work on the stated model.

Q. Do these discs contain any bugs or viruses?

All discs are clean and free of any viruses.

Q. Do you provide technical support?

If you encounter any problems recovering your laptop or installing a program, send us an email and we will try to offer a solution.

Q. I don't have a PayPal account, what other payment methods do you accept?

You don't need a PayPal account. A PayPal account is optional when you proceed to checkout. Otherwise select pay with credit or debit card instead.

Q. When can I expect delivery for my purchase?

Delivery normally takes between 3 to 5 working days. All items are well packaged and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery.
